Bonfire Night is celebrated every year on a weekend – this year the weekend falls on Guy Fawkes’ Night. Friends and family from across the country gather at various locations in the UK to watch the horrors and treat them to hot food and drinks.

Bonfire Night in Yorkshire

Family Fun and Fire at Reeth Memorial Hall

Every year the Family Fireworks Fund hosts an additional Bonfire Night. This year the event will be held on Saturday, November 5.

The Men’s Judging starts at 6pm and the winner will receive a badge and place their Guy Fawkes on the pyre to be lit at 8pm. 6:30 in the evening. The fire will start at 7 pm and a barbecue will be available throughout the event.

Sandburn Hall Bonfire Night

A festive evening of bonfires and fun activities will take place at Sandburn Hall in Flaxton, York on Friday, November 4.

The event includes food and drink stalls, face painting, fireworks, fireworks and hot food vendors.

Doors open at 5pm, bonfire at 6.30pm and firework display at 7.30pm.

Filey Lions Cover Fire and Four Beautiful Fires

The event will be held in West Avenue, Filey, on Saturday, November 5.

The bonfire will be lit at 6pm, and the bonfire will start at 7pm.

Fire Night at High Farm

High Farm on Farrar Lane in Leeds will host Bonfire Night on Saturday, November 5; food will be available from 5.30pm followed by a bonfire at 6.15pm.

The family-friendly event will feature entertainment, raffles, BBQ, food and drink stalls and parking.

Fireworks display at night in Pontefract

The Rustic Arms Annual Fireworks Show and Band Night returns to Pontefract this year on Saturday, November 5.

The event starts at 6pm, the Pink tribute act will perform at 6.30pm and the Madchester Experience Band will start at 9pm.

The fireworks show starts at 8:30pm, food will be available in the beer garden and two bars will be open the night of the event.

Mirfield Round Table Fire and Fireworks Extravaganza

This event will be held at the Mirfield Showground and will be run by the Mirfield and District Round Table organizers, which include, but are not limited to, the John Proctor Funfairs ride on amusement rides for the price of tickets.

The family event is organized each year to raise money for charities and good causes. The event includes a festival with food and drink stalls (except alcohol), a huge bonfire and a 15-minute fireworks display.

Doors and entertainment open at 5pm, fire starts at 6.30pm and the fire starts at 7pm.

Bedale Fireworks and Fireworks

The Bedale Bonfire and Fireworks Display will take place on Saturday and is located in historic Bedale Park with a view of Bedale Hall.

The firework display will be set to music and many people of all ages can enjoy contributing to the event by using their own torches and lights. available at night.

The event is free for everyone, unless some people want to donate to volunteer stewards. Doors open at 5.15pm, fireworks at 6.15pm and fireworks start at 7pm for 20 minutes. The event closes at 8.45pm.

For public safety and animal welfare, dogs or other animals are not allowed in the complex, unless they are service dogs. Parking is available at the Market and all town car parks, with plenty of parking at BASA and the Camping and Caravanning Park.

Penistone Community Fire

The event will take place at the Penistone Show Ground in Sheffield and is organized by the Peniston Round Table.

Doors will open from 6pm, fireworks start at 7pm, fireworks display starts at 7.30pm, hot food and drinks will be available this year.

Fire Night – Help with Brafferton

Although this is a free event, donations are also accepted and the event will take place in Helperby and Brafferton Village Green on Saturday.

It’s free and great fun for the whole family.

You can bring your own Guy Fawkes image to the event for a competition which starts at 5.45pm and finishes at 6pm.

The judging starts at 6.15pm, the fire is lit at 6.30pm and the firework display starts at 7pm and ends at 7.15pm.

Notton Bonfire and Firework Display

After two years of cancellation due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Notton Bonfire and Firework Display will return to the village on Saturday.

Doors open at 6pm, fireworks at 7pm and show starts at 8pm.

Fire Night at King William’s

The King William Inn will host a Bonfire Night on Saturday in Scaftworth, Doncaster, which starts at 5pm.

Tickets cost £20 and there will be live music from 6pm, fireworks at 8pm, face painting, an outside bar with hot food and drinks.

Hooton Lodge Bonfire Extravaganza

This will be held at Hooton Roberts in Kilnhurst Road, Thrybergh, Rotherham on Saturday from 4pm to 11pm.

It will include live music, food and drink, a large theater and £2 parking.

Fire Night 2022 in Harrogate

The Stray Bonfire is back in Harrogate and will take place on Saturday. It will take place opposite Oatlands Drive, near St Aidans School.

Festivities will include a carnival, stage performances, fireworks and live music starting at 4pm.

The fireworks start at 7.30pm and are free.

Beautiful Fire at Cannon Hall Farm

This popular event returns on Sunday, November 6 this year at Cannon Hall Farm in Barnsley, with plenty of entertainment in store.

You can visit the animals, explore the playground and meet special animals in the house. The family-friendly event honors its animals by using special, quieter fireworks set to music.

The bonfire will be lit at 4:30pm and the bonfire will start at 6pm.
