The days are getting shorter, the nights are getting longer, and the colors of the leaves are changing. Here are five upcoming events on campus through the month of November that are sure to tide you over until the holiday season begins.

Indoor campfire

Looking to eat at some campsites without actually going out? Look no further than the Indoor Campfire presented by Student Activities. The event begins at the University Center’s Sunnen Lounge at 8 pm on November 3. Students can enjoy free s’mores, caramel apples and more over the fire.

An Evening with Jennifer Lewis

Join award-winning actress and famous Webster alum Jenifer Lewis on Nov. 5 to 5:30 pm at the Loretto Hilton Center to celebrate his new book, “Walking in My Joy.”

Free for Webster students. All paid ticket holders ($35 for the general public, $25 for Webster students) will receive a signed copy of Lewis’ new book, and ticket sales will support Jenifer Lewis Endowed Sargent Conservatory Fund. Election Party

Election night is always stressful for everyone, so why not put those worries to rest with a party?

On November 8th, join WebsterVotes and Student Activities to watch the results at 7pm at the Webster Village Apartment Clubhouse. Students can enjoy games and food while celebrating democracy.

Webster Film Series “Pink Flamingos” 50th Anniversary

On November 13th at 7 pm in the Winifred Moore Auditorium, join the Webster Film Series for their screening of John Waters’ classic 1972 film, “Pink Flamingos.” The screening celebrates the film’s 50th anniversary, and will feature an introduction as well as a Q&A session with the director of the Film Series, Pete Timmerman.

“I Remember:” A Tribute to Stephen Sondheim

Presented by the Martha J. Hunt and Nic Valdez Department of Music, come celebrate the life and work of the late legendary composer Stephen Sondheim on November 22nd at 7pm in the Edward Jones Commons. the East Academic Building.
