Dayton Scream Park on Valley Pike in Dayton has 4 horror shows – open Friday and Saturday nights through October 29
Halloween Movie Series – New for 2022 at the Dayton Convention Center – You’ve already missed classics like “Ghostbusters” and “Scream”, but there’s still plenty of room for the coolest show the Halloween movies. Oct 6, 13, 22.
Kids Halloween Costume Parade followed by movies at Dixie Drive-In – Saturday, October 8th
Spooktacular Cruise In – Saturday, October 8 in Huber Heights is a fun, family-friendly event organized by the Wayne Township Huber Heights Historical Society.
Countryside Park Streets – Ghosts, ghouls and zombies will be haunting the streets of Countryside Park on October 11 & 12.
Ghost Walk on Main – Thursday, October 13 – Gather your friends (if you dare) for a spooky walk through historic Centerville.
Haunted Castle of Carnage and Trail – open Fridays and Saturdays in Riverside, it’s the longest running adventure in the Miami Valley!
Haunted Halloween Drive-Thru – Friday, October 14 & Saturday, October 15 – Drive-through the park and enjoy family-friendly Halloween sights along the way.
Haunted Wagon Rides and scary stories at Young’s Milk are designed for families with young children to help get you in the proper Halloween spirit!
Halloween Haunt at Kings Island on select nights until October 29 “where it’s not just the haunted cars that show off the fall season”.
Haunted Scream Park at Land of Illusion features a variety of Halloween activities, open Fridays and Saturdays through October 30.
The Spirit of Huffman – Historic Homes Tours – Friday, October 14 & Saturday, October 15 – Halloween and History meet on this two-day home tour that celebrates a unique neighborhood and the spirit of the holiday. A visual feast of Halloween atmosphere and fun!
Puppies & Pumpkins – Saturday, October 15th at North Park in Springboro there will be a costume contest, garden basket table, food truck, adoptable dogs, and a box Pumpkin!
Moraine – Boo Bash – Saturday, October 15 at the Payne Recreation Center in Moraine – A free Family Fun Event with Kids Zone, Indoor Trick or Treating, and more.
Hotel of Horrors – “a haunted house” in Springfield open Fridays and Saturdays through October 29
Hocus Pocus Halloween Festival – Sunday, October 16 in Middletown – fun, food, dancing, magic & tricks, spooky car show, pumpkin carving and more!
Ghost ‘n Goblin 5K Run – Tuesday, October 18, is a fun Halloween event that usually draws 1200 runners and walkers.
PhilharMonster Halloween Concert – Sunday, October 23 – Halloween isn’t complete without a family trip downtown to see PhilharMonster at the Schuster!
Masquerage – Saturday, October 22 – Dayton’s annual Halloween “Party of Parties for a Focus”
Brimstone Haunted Hayride – Five haunted hayrides open Fridays and Saturdays in October.
Hell’s Dungeon – Dayton’s newest adventure park is open Fridays and Saturdays through October 29.
Sidney Haunted Woods – Evil spirits, zombies, silent volcano victims and more – open Saturdays until October 29.
Pumpkin Glow on Stoddard Ave. – Monday & Tuesday, October 24 & 25 – A fun event for the whole family with a spectacular display of nearly 1,000 jack-o-lanterns.
Haunted Hollow Ride in Wilmington has Fire Breathing Semi’s. Enough talk! Open Fridays & Saturdays through October.
Greene County Pumpkin Glow – October 26-29 – The paths of Caesar Ford Park will be covered with hand-painted pumpkins in black paint to show off the light!
The Legend of Sleepy Hollow – Friday, October 28 – Sunday, October 30 – The Headless Horseman comes to life in the Dayton Ballet’s new production at the historic Victoria Theatre.
Wag-O-Ween – Saturday, October 29 – Trick-or-treat with your dog at the Kettering Recreation Center!
Lewisburg Haunted Cave has 30,000 live bats! Open Fridays and Saturdays through October 29.
Troops & Treats – fun and awesome for kids of all ages at the Air Force Museum Oct 29
Slasher Night at the Neon – Two great slasher movies at the NEON on Thursday, October 27 – “PROM NIGHT”, starring Jamie Lee Curtis and “BLACK CHRISTMAS”, starring Margot Kidder and Olivia Hussey.
