up November 18, 2022, Old country banka subsidiary wholly owned by Old National Bancorp (the “Company”) completed its previously announced transaction with UMB Bankna (“UMB”), according to what was acquired by UMB Old National Bank’s
business of acting as a trustee for, and managing health care accounts (“HSA Business”).

At closing, and subject to any subsequent price changes, HSA Business maintained $382 million health savings accounts are deposited in Old country bank resulting in an expected value of approx $92 million paid by UMB c Old country bank.
