In our study, people with a history of depression reported more strategies to regulate or control their emotions in response to memories of past events that suddenly popped up. up to their thoughts on everyday life and the memories they thought of in response to the code words. . About half of the participants in the study reported on these criteria before eight weeks of participating in an online meditation program, while the other half of the participants did not participate in the online psychology programs in this era.
